Canti Lau and Eddie Kwan were both in the police squad and were
good friends. Jimmy was in some organised crime group who robbed
banks (I think). To solve this gruesome case, Eddie went undercover.
He managed to get close to the group and became part of the team.
To convince them of his loyalty, he committed crimes with them.
He actually developed a special bond with them and the camaraderie
in the group was evident. Some of the upper officials thought
Eddie betrayed them and turned to a life of crime.
In one of the robbery, the event was captured on camera. Even
though the criminals were all wearing masks and could not be identified,
Eddie had an unique way of holding the gun that made him recognisable.
Canti was not convinced his friend had turned evil. The upper
official told him to capture and arrest Eddie. There was a situation
when the crime group committed a robbery, Canti and his squad
were onto them. Given the circumstances, Eddie shot Canti to make
them believe him. Canti was badly injured but his injury was not
life threatening (Eddie didn't shoot him in the vital organs).
Eddie had a very accurate shooting technique.
Anyway, to cut a long short, the group found out Eddie was a
cop and they turned against each other. Eddie did not want to
harm them despite they were criminals because he knew they were
decent people (especially Jimmy who helped him a lot). Jimmy had
a sister who loved Eddie. So he saw Eddie as a brother. Jimmy's
sister was played by Chor Ka Po. She fell off a buliding in
the end and Jimmy thought Eddie was responsible and sought revenge.
I can't remember exactly how she died but I think she fell off
herself when Eddie tried to talk to her. The ending for the 'bad
guys' was inevitable ...yes they all died. This really ticked
me off because Jimmy was a pretty decent guy! I don't remember
anything about the relationship between Canti and Fiona Leung.
I remember I rented this series out because of Canti and I ended
up liking Eddie and Jimmy more hehee.... I didn't even know Jimmy
was in this series.

It is the story about 3 cops searching who is the big bad guy
of the film. I would say, even if this guy is very bad, he loves
his mom very much and this is the only thing I appreciate in him.
The 3 cops are Canti (good fighter), Eddie Kwan (good gun shooter)
and Mrs. Chek (played by Yeung Tak Si - in the film he is very
female so people call him "Mrs." He is intelligent).
The leading actresses are Fiona Leung, Yeung Mei Yee, and someone
else. Yeung Mei Yee is a teacher in an electronic course. She
likes Eddie and so does him. But Eddie hurts her heart. For Mrs.
Chek, he loves a girl with children personality. I mean that she
is not at all mature and because of that, she always gets angry
with Mrs. Chek for trivial stuff. One time, she was so mad at
him that she went alone into a bar and got drunk and then she
got raped by some bad man.
Now, about Canti. He was coupled with Fiona. At first, Fiona
hates him very much. She is a business woman and is very successful,
that's why she always think she is the best. From man, she asks
for many qualities (seriousness, hardworking, romantic, reasonable,
etc...) The first time she saw Canti, he steps on her dress. The
2nd time, he throws up on her ; the 3rd time, he sends her a bomb;
the 4th time, he ... No I should stop here. Why did Canti do so
many bad things to Fiona? Eventually, they love each other very
much and look like the perfect couple. However, Fiona didn't like
Canti when he told her that her big boss is the bad man that the
cops are looking for. She trusts her boss and hurts Canti's feelings.
She even planned to marry the boss until the moment when she discovered
that Canti was right, the boss is bad. Unfortunately, the boss
found out that she knows the truth and he kidnapped her and imprisoned
her in a car where a bomb was installed. He wanted to kill Canti
when he would save Fiona. What happens? Of course Canti didn't
die, but how about Fiona? Will she survive?
