She is the wife of Lee Jing, together forming "fung chun 3 hup" with Cheung Sam Long. She is referred to as 'yat mui' by Sam Long because she is the first one in her family. Her parents were killed by a bad man named Lau Hung, who later works for Lord Yeung Sau. To avenge her parents' death, she conceals her identity and becomes Yeung Sau's wife's adopted daughter. She takes note of Lee Jing's bravery and righteousness one day and decides to rescue him from the hands of Yeung Sau... from then on, things hit off and they get married!

Although Lee Jing gives her his share of heartaches, she holds off wisely and helps him through all the way. Quite often, she is more intelligent than her husband.
