Yeung Sau (Lau Dan)

He is a very powerful king of the Sui Dynasty. He has a lot of influence over the court matters, and engages in a continuous power struggle with Yeung Gwong when he takes the throne. He makes the commoners suffer, which provokes Lee Jing (indirectly leading to the first encounter of Lee Jin & his future wife). He is later captured and executed by Yeung Gwong.

Lau Hung (Lai Han Chi)

He is a bad taoist who murdered Cheung Chut Chun's parents. He later aids Yeung Sau in committing bad deeds, but is executed by Kau Yim Hak. His head in fact, can be seen as Kau Yim Hak's wedding present to Cheung Chut Chun & Lee Jing!

Cheung Sin Mo Kei (Michael To Dai Yu)

He is Mo Kau's older brother and a good friend of Lee Sai Mun. He is loyal to Sai Mun.

Chun Keng (Chan Wing Jun)

He was with the laws until he somehow got sucked into helping Kau Yim Hak and the gang. He has good martial arts skills.

Ching Ngow Gum (Chan Wong)

He was with a band of mountain robbers, being chased by Chun Keng. After they both side with Kau Yim Hak, they help each other and become good mates.

Bak Mo Dan (Amy Wu Mei Yee)

Ching Ngow Gum's wife, later killed.

Sak Kau (Bobby Au Yeung Chun Wah)

The initial leader of Ngo Gwong Chai.
